I've always believed that accessories make the outfit. That being said -
they don't always have to break the bank! Forever 21 always has great
pieces that are on trend and budget friendly. Of course - I did finally
break down and get the Giles & Brother Railroad Spike Cuff I had been lusting
after, but every once in a while I think it's okay to treat yourself.
