I think Florence Welch has one of the best voices in the industry right now. Sometimes theatrical, but always remarkable - she is a force on stage. I love finding rare clips of artists you already love doing covers of songs that they are inspired by. Here she is at the Radio 1 Live Lounge Special covering Drake and Rihanna's "Take Care". Love it!
