Sometimes even these 50 things aren't enough to motivate me to get off the couch - when worse comes to worst - music can usually get the job done. While there's some debate on whether your workout is more effective when you focus on each movement, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do and if that means zoning out to some tunes, then so be it!
