Tasty Tuesdays - #11 - Salted Caramel Skillet Brownies

Um - when I saw this recipe, I knew I'd be in trouble - a sweet and salty confection I could make in my new $3 cast iron skillet I scored from the throw out shelf at Kohl's?  Yes please!

Ingredients:

1 box - Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Premium brownie mix (water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box) 

1/2 cup caramel topping 
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
 
 
Directions:
 
1 - Heat oven to 325°F.  Spray 10-12-inch cast-iron skillet with cooking spray.  Make brownie mix as directed on box, using water, oil and egg.  Pour batter into skillet.
 
2 - Bake 35-37 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Cool 30 minutes.
 
3 - Pour caramel topping over brownie.  Sprinkle with salt.  Cut into 8 wedges. Serve warm.
