Splurge {vs} Save - #15 - Scarf Print Sweatshirts

{Left- J. Crew, Right- Forever 21}

I've been seeing some really intricate scarf print motifs on clothing these days.  The one on the left is from J. Crew for $98, while the one on the right is Forever 21 for $24.80.  What do you think?  Do you like these kinds of prints?  Which would you do - splurge or save?...
