Workout Wednesdays - #5 - Phase 2...

Well well well- I never thought I'd make it!  I am officially on to the second phase of Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis series.  To be totally honest - I haven't seen a huge weight loss yet, but I am definitely feeling firmer and creating new healthy habits.  As cheesy as it sounds, it's true what they say- this is a lifestyle change, not a diet.  Can't wait to see where the next 30 days take me...
