Today's splurge {vs} save is a bit of a stretch. What girl wouldn't want a beautiful piece of Cartier jewelry? I know I would! But until I find myself with an extra $9K lying around, I think I'll stick with good old Forever 21's versions...not bad for .1% of the cost of the real deal!
