1. Start by using Volume Filler Shampoo.  Rinse.
2. Deposit in your hand the desired amount of Volume Filler Conditioner.
3. Add to this amount the entire content of the Volume Filler ampule tube.
4. Mix and apply evenly throughout damp hair.
5. Leave on for 1-2 minutes.  Rinse thoroughly.  Ampules should be used once a week for 3 weeks.
